Support
SetQuest Support
For bugs, app questions, workout data issues, feature requests, or privacy questions, email:
What to include
- Your device model, iOS version, and SetQuest app version.
- What you were trying to do in SetQuest.
- What happened instead.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if it happens repeatedly.
- A screenshot, if it helps explain the problem.
Response time
Support is handled by the app developer. Support requests are reviewed as soon as practical, usually within a few business days.
How support works
Support starts by email. Requests are reviewed and labeled as Bug, Workout data issue, Feature request, Privacy or data request, or App Store/payment issue.
For bugs, include reproduction steps and a screenshot when possible. For privacy or data requests, avoid sending unnecessary health details.
FAQ
Where is workout data stored?
Workout logs, plans, progress, preferences, and onboarding answers are stored on your device using iOS app storage.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting SetQuest from your device removes the app's local data from that device. Device backups are managed by Apple and your device settings.
What if progress looks wrong?
Email support with the exercise name, plan name, app version, and what result you expected to see.
What if workout logging fails?
Email the workout name, what you entered, what happened after saving, and whether the issue repeats.
Can support handle refunds?
If paid features are added later, Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests through Apple Support.
Can SetQuest give medical or training advice?
SetQuest is a tracking tool, not medical advice. For injury, pain, illness, or medical questions, consult a qualified professional.
